Georgian Fire
This garlic is a hot-flavored variety that is from the porcelain and hard-neck variety. This is a perfect variety for any dish that requires a cheerful spicy flavor, giving it that garlic flavor with an extra twist to appease the palate.
Metechi Garlic
This garlic is considered one of the hottest garlic in its pure form. This is a hard-neck variety. It can be added to dishes to give it a hot, garlic flavor. Certainly something that is a must try for those that like spicy flavors!
Pehoski
Pehoski is another hard-neck favorite. This variety has a pungent flavor in its raw form. When cooked, it becomes a mild, terraceous taste. This distinct purple garlic is sure to be appeasing to the eye, let alone the palate.
